Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
